Refund Policy

No refunds will be issued for personal reasons of non attendance or factors outside of our control unless required to by law due to event cancellation or postponement only. In the case of event cancellation or postponement refunds will be issued to those patrons who have paid for tickets for the cancelled event.

If the 2024 NZ Boat, Fish & Dive Expo is postponed for any reason, new dates will be set and all tickets purchased will be valid for those new dates. If 60 days has passed and new dates have not been set for the event a 30 day window will be opened at that time to apply for a full refund from all purchased tickets.

All refunds wether subject to postponement or cancellation will incur a $5 transaction fee per transacted purchase.
